Overall this vacation rental was good and very clean. There were a few maintenance issues that did not get taken care of but the owner was very prompt on returning messages. The maintenance crew however, was not. The view from the balcony was perfect and the weather was great which made 3 days of skiing very enjoyable. I think the price is good until they add on all the fees -

Our family of four recently stayed here for a quick weekend getaway to shred on the slopes. We had a fantastic time! The view from each window in this condo is spectacular. There are two bedrooms with two king sized beds. Plenty of room to stretch out! The bathrooms are updated and felt/looked clean. The rest of the condo has yet to be updated, but honestly, we could care less as long as we had hot water and electricity! Drive time to Sugar Mountain resort was minimal and super easy. The indoor pool/hot tub was a hit with our entire family after a long day on the slopes. We'd stay here again, for sure!

Nice condo with great view, but roads to it were tough and the parking situation was not optimal.

Amazing views

Excellent location, staff very helpful, beautiful view. Two negatives would be that the fire place was locked closed and the indoor pool was closed. Neither of these details were noted when i booked the reservation. Overall though, would definitely stay there again.

Great location, exceptional weather & panoramic views! The building is 37 years old and it shows...many things need to be upgraded. This particular unit is comfortable but can also use some decluttering & sprucing up! Adding a few more creature comforts like a tv in the 2nd bedroom, patio chairs, hair dryer & more kitchen essentials. Most importantly with the virus crisis is "enhance cleaning" and other preventive measures.

Key pick up is about 5 minutes away in car, we were given the wrong key, so we had to go back down the mountain and pick the right one up- fortunately it was not icy because its a steep hill (for those of us who aren't used to ice/snow). The apartment is comfortable,a little over-decorated maybe. guests must unload at front door and then park in a lot separate from the building and take shuttles back and forth to your car...the wait time for the shuttle was never more than 2 minutes. there was no hair dryer, and the washer/dryer is not in the apartment, but one floor up, or one floor down. Other than that, it was nice, great view of slopes.

This was a decent place to stay for the weekend. It did say there would be a TV in each room, however there was not. That was the only disappointment. I would rent again.
