Three bedroom, 3 bath condo located on Sugar Mountain. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed. In the second bedroom there is also a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. For the cold winter days there is a gas burning fireplace. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all cooking needs. Just minutes from skiing and all other activities Sugar Mountain has to offer. No Smoking, No Pets! No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

The bed in the downstairs bedroom was way TOO HARD!! I slept on the couch. There were dirty linens in the downstairs closet as well.

We rented the condo for a few days over Labor Day weekend. The condo was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was close enough to Banner Elk for easy access to grocery stores and good restaurants.
I highly recommend this condo.

Hills to sleed in the back yard- multiple- 1st floor magic- far up the mountain so snow will be here if there some around. We will stay here again

This condo was great. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and was well supplied in bathrooms. A great slope in the backyard for some sledding after a day on the slopes.
We stayed at this property for the short two october nights and loved it. The inside is clean, with enough furniture, decor and kitchen utensils. Two story window gives plenty of light and rises the mood, fireplace with the timer is an awesome idea! Back entrance leads to the trail. Minutes drive to supermarket. A place I'd like to return to
