Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a bathtub with jets. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest room, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

We loved it! Comfy beds, great fireplace, you could look right out the window at the slopes. It was great to be able to ski right from the bottom of the staircase and not have to bother with driving or parking.

We had rented another unit that ended up being a nightmare! Resort Real Estate & Rentals moved us to a much nicer unit - Branches 13 - and were super apologetic and nice about it! They saved our vacation and we had a great trip! Branches 13 was spacious, clean, everything worked - would definitely stay there again! Thanks!

Condo was clean and well appointed. Close to slopes and within walking distance if you don't mind stairs. Kitchen was well equiped. Beds were comfortable. Nice balcony view.

Awesome Ski getaway

Our family spent a week at this spacious condo with a good location. Skiing conditions were ideal so we were able to ski 5 straight days. Our boys had a blast. The hike up the stairs was a little bit of a challenge. Our only complaint would be to have the ice/ snow Removed from the stairs to the slopes and the cabins at least by using salt or shoveling. They were very dangerous over the course of several days and no maintenance from anyone at the condo complex.

We would definitely stay again. The condo itself was perfect for a family of 5. Thank you for. Great vacation.

We initially booked to stay on top of Sugar mountain in the high rise, but when we got there, the room smelled like smoke. Called Resort Real Estate and Rentals and they offered a slightly nicer room at Branches 13, which we liked a lot better. Overall location was not great for our activities, but that was not rental companies' fault. Would do business again with this company.
