Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a bathtub with jets. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest room, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

This condo was absolutely perfect! I went up with a group of six for school trip and we couldn't have asked for a better set up. It really helped us bond as a group and has a wonderfully home-y feel.

Had a wonderful family ski trip. Loved our unit and will definitely go back..we taught our boys to ski there 30 yrs. Ago, and now teaching our grandchildren.
The room was very clean, no complaints there, but somehow it had a lingering smell which was not pleaseant. The location was fantastic, right on the mountain but it was a workout to get back to the room climbing all those stairs with kids. The downside to the good location was that the snow blowers are REALLY LOUD and you clearly hear them from inside the room all night. It sounds like there is a vaccum going constantly in the room. With all that being said, it was a ski vacation, and we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so this did the job and the price was great!
