If you want ski in ski out, this is it! No steps from the bottom level to the slopes and very level terrain vs other slope homes. House was plain but clean, had most everything needed in the kitchen and comfy beds. The second bathroom is on the smaller side, but the master bathroom is the very roomy. Our kids love the bunk room! There are tons of hooks throughout the home for hanging ski things, but not much closet space for true hanging clothes during other months.
A few chairs in the kitchen vs just the benches would be nice, but we made it work for game nights and meals. I’d also suggest adding a few chairs outside (or pack your own camping chairs) to enjoy the nice gravel area along the slope. This condo does not have access to a deck but the gravel area is a great place to watch the action on the slopes.
Definitely a great spot to enjoy the slopes and time with your travel group!

We always have a great time when we rent Slopesider 13! It is right on the slope which makes it so easy for skiing. The view is second to none. I would recommend everybody to rent this unit. There is only one issue that I don’t like about it. When you are done skiing for the night the TV doesn’t work properly you will spend 30 minutes to find one or two channels that work and they will be trying to sell you stuff! It is hilarious! No worries we will be back forever and ever!

The size and updates of the rental were great. Unfortunately our time was tainted due to the frozen pipes (No WATER for 3 days) and slowness of maintenance to respond and to correct the issue. We did love the ski in/ski out availability and the property was very clean. Would suggest adding board games, cards etc.

We had a great time at Slopesider 13, but a few practical items were missing. There were only two wine glasses, no new dishwashing sponge, no vegetable peeler and the pillows were very limited and flat or had a cotton ball feel. The trash can lid was also broken. But the location is terrific.

We loved our stay here. It was very roomy. The best part was being able to walk right out our door to ski.

Great cabin with excellent view of the slope right outside. Was our family’s first ski trip and it was great. Sugar mtn is great and we plan to go back. Was nice to be able to ski to the cabin to rest or for lunch before returning back to the slopes.

We’ve been saying at this unit for over 20 years! The current owners updated it very nicely, the beds are very comfy- except for the bunk beds. The bunk mattresses are hard as a rock, we bring air mattresses. The view is great! It’s very handy when skiing to just stop half way down the slope to eat, rest or warm up, then continue on down the hill. Highly recommend

My family of 4 traveled from Florida and my parents from VA met us there. It was the perfect set up for us. We walked out the back door to ski, they did some sightseeing and we had a gorgeous view relaxing, eating, and spending time together. We had a few minor questions and got responses right away. The place was clean, nice, comfortable beds, and exactly as pictured. We really didn't miss anything. We would definitely return. The only challenging thing is with a large SUV trying to turn around and come back down the mountain. Local restaurants were swamped so we cooked in/got take out a few times but when we did get out it was nice.

This is a great ski in/ ski out rental right on the slopes. It has a very open kitchen / living area with wonderful views. Kitchen is well stocked and clean. The bunk room is very tiny but serves as an ok sleeping area for children. The other two bedrooms are spacious. There are many hooks and trays to hang wet ski equipment and clothing.
It was a great place to stay for our ski weekend.

The house was extremely clean, very comfortable and all the amenities we needed for a great getaway with our family. The location is excellent. And if you are lucky to have snow then it is simply magnific location right on the ski slopes. Will return for sure!

Ahhh Slopesider#13. Perfect for our situation (2 kids and 4 adults) and we had the best time. Easy check-in. Very roomy (actually larger than what I thought from the pictures). No issues with cleanliness. Perfect location. Just a few steps and your on a green slope. I think we had more fun watching skiers from the living room and laughing than we actually did skiing. Suggestions are to add some type of fireplace under the TV, more comfortable mattresses and an option to rent the top section, but other than that perfect. Would stay here again and would recommend.
