The home had a few issues. The front door would very hard to lock from the inside. One night we had to lock from outside and have the person come in back door to make sure the door was locked for the evening. In the owner suite, water and debris kept coming into sink and the toilet hardly flushed. The secondary televisions were extremely small. A decent size smart tv would be nice where you can utilize Netflix on the other televisions.

Very nice house, enjoyed it this summer. Plenty and room and a nice front porch.

House was very clean and had amazing views , the only down side was it snowed heavily and the driveway wasn’t plowed and was very slick but besides that the house was very nice warm and charming we enjoyed our stay

Aside from incorrect map with rental location, experience with rental agency was good. Somewhat inconvenient that we had to haul away all garbage.

Great. We love BannerElk and RRER is a great rental company. Like most places we rent it was clear the owners of the property are absentee owners. Both the front and patio doors were almost 8mposdible to lock, the screen was completely missing from the patio door, hardly any patio furniture and several other things

We had a great time while visiting this rental. Everything was in perfect condition and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice cabin. It was peaceful and in a good location.

Nice cabin. Some good features, like a gas fireplace. Provided a lot of heat upstairs. Bathrooms are good size.
Could use a few more “comfy” blankets. It was loud as you could hear through the floor snoring. Very little outdoor furniture.
We would stay there again.
The rental office would not allow an hour extra to check out on daylight savings Sunday. Kinda not good pr.

We were pleased with the house - it is a nice place in a location close to Sugar Mountain. Everything worked well and the king bed was comfy.
I was not super pleased with the rental agency - they neglected to inform us that we would need 4x4 to get to the house in January. The gas logs did not work and communication about repairing them was lacking (and they didn't repair them while we were there). The instructions about trash were confusing and we had to take our own trash to a separate location. The house was mostly clean but could use a good dusting on lesser used areas. Overall, our trip was fine but we will not choose a property with this management company again.

Clean, supplied with just the right amount to get started/lasted for the weekend. Great location if you are not wanting to be right on the side of a mountain or cliff like, this is the right rental. It was in a perfect spot and location for getting to everything local. The removal of trash was the only confusing thing. It was not clear in the material given upon check in where to put the trash after you emptied it from the house. most people have cars and putting trash in their car is not desired. Should update the brochures on where /what to do with the trash and make a bin available.

We had a great time and were well pleased with our cabin on Sugar Mountain. We highly recommend Resort Rentals for first class service. Thanks Y'all !!!
