Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a bathtub with jets. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest room, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

The only awesome thing about this condo was it's location. You walk out the door and are literally at the bottom of the ski slopes. Otherwise it satisfied my need for a roof over my head. The lack of a mud room and/or a mop to clean up what was trekked in during a mid Feb visit was a not a plus. There were no amenities supplied, or any sort of welcome/starter basket that I have experienced at other locations through this rental agency

It was a great experience, pictures dont do it justice, you will love this place, beautiful view of the slopes, nice fireplace, comfortable beds.

Great time for a short trip of skiing
This condo was absolutely perfect! I went up with a group of six for school trip and we couldn't have asked for a better set up. It really helped us bond as a group and has a wonderfully home-y feel.
