Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a bathtub with jets. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest room, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

We had a great time in the condo. It was a very nice unit and much larger than we expected. The view of the slopes was a nice extra!

Loved the unit. Large and walking distance to slope. Would be nice to be able to ski last day and not have to drop key in town. Other than that great stay!!

Great resort, always enjoy staying here!
The unit is “dated” but in excellent condition. Overlooks the primary Green slope of the ski resort. We slept 6 comfortably and did not feel cramped. Gas fireplace was very enjoyable. Although the unit is along the ski run and technically “ski in and ski out”, the unit is hillside requiring you to descend approximately 90 stair steps down to ground level and then walk across a foot bridge to the ski run. The return trip can be taxing with equipment. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to this unit.
