Camp Chestnut

Perfect for us. A block from the tennis courts, quiet location. It was a bit musty when we arrived, but easy to air out, with the screen door to the deck and lots of windows in the master BR. (Maybe some are Febreeze or update furniture?)I liked that it had individual room Thermostats. Newly remodeled kitchen & adjacent downstairs bath. Only deck furniture was2chairs& a small table, but again, perfect for us.

The home was located in the perfect area, just a short walk from the slopes. It was a big space and perfect for a group.

My kids brought me to this wonderful retreat for my birthday. It is very close to the base of the mountain and has plenty of room for an entire family to stretch out and relax in front of the fireplace. I would most definitely stay in this unit again even though there are other condos farther up the mountain. This is the best location.

Unit was very comfortable and good location to the mountain.

I loved this place! The kitchen was well organized with high quality dishes, cookware and see big platters. We had family dinners around a big drop leaf table and the balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Clean, comfortable beds and well maintained furnishings.

This place was beautiful! And the location was very convenient for our family of 5 to get to the slopes.

Good property but a few items to keep in mind:
- you can walk to the easy street lift but it's not as easy as from the Bee Branches. There is a trail but also a fence between Hemlock Nob and Branches that you need to go around. They should make an opening in the fence so it's easy to walk to the slopes.
- main bedroom in a level up from the living room
-heaters work great. Kitchen is renovated with new appliances but carpet is old.
- it you're over 6 feet - watch for the beam so you don't hit your head. It was a safety hazard and should have been removed.
- liked having nobody above us
- liked having electric fireplace - no worries about gas smell and good place to dry gloves
- loved the view from the living room!!!
- would stay again if Branches not available (only because of the easier walk to slopes)

great location - 5 min walk to slopes
perfect condo size & upgraded

We loved the proximity of this comfy cozy cabin right near the slopes!

Property was clean and check in and check out was a breeze. The downstairs bedroom was very hot and we could not control the heat in there but otherwise was good
