Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo near the top of Sugar Mountain. Recently renovated! Just minutes from golf, tennis, skiing and all other amenities that Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk has to offer. Unit features a king size bed in master bedroom and two twins in 2nd bedroom. Cozy up to the Electric log fireplace in the winter while enjoying the magnificent views, watching the large screen TV or enjoying a nice book. Long range mountain views of Beech Mountain and Hanging Rock to the north. Unit has WI-FI and AC. Deck offers Bistro table and chairs. Absolutely NO Pets from December through March. Pet-friendly may be available seasonally. There are pet size/breed and number restrictions please confirm with us before booking. Please acknowledge that there is a $100 pet fee(per pet). No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Everything was great. Condo was perfect for us and our two kids, very clean and well furnished. The only issue we had was that it was somewhat difficult to find, the address we were given took us to an empty lot down the road from the property entrance but we eventually figured it out. We had issues with VRBO but the property management was excellent in getting us taken care of. Highly recommend.

Great apartment equipped with all essentials. The view was amazing! The apartment fits well with the mountains theme. Beds were good! Heating was working well (it was a little loud although! Maybe the only negative) bathrooms were great! Had hot water fast! It was clean! We would definitely go back again!

My husband and I went to the mountains to celebrate our anniversary. This is the perfect condo if you are looking to get away from everything. Nicely renovated and very comfortable. Feels like someone’s home, not a sterile short term rental. The view is absolutely amazing and the deck is a great size. Only suggestions are to provide a hairdryer and coffee for the first morning. We brought both since they weren’t listed in amenities list. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great location, beautiful views, and cute condo. We have only two issues. One issue was the weather (it rained every day we were there). The second issue was no mop, broom, or vacuum in the condo. How was I supposed to clean up the coffee and key lime pie I spilled on the floor? We would definitely choose this

Wonderful stay- keyless entry, professional and friendly staff, spotless property recently remodeled. It is a bottom floor condo and the neighbors were noisy but we would recommend the property.

Each of these condo is independently owned and we do not property manage the upstairs. We are glad you enjoyed the unit and your stay, and we do apologize about the noisy neighbors. Our guest guides have the number for Sugar Mountain Police if there are problems with neighbors in units we do not manage. The rental was everything you could hope for in a relaxing atmosphere and everything you need.
We had a fantastic stay! Customer service was excellent! The condo was clean and in good condition. It was close to the ski resort and had a great view. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Bella's Italian was close and and had great food.
