The property was spotless and stocked with everything you would need. Close to Banner Elk and Beech Mountain. We would highly recommend this home to anyone and we hope to be back! View was gorgeous!

This condo was tastefully decorated, extremely clean, and well stocked. The views are absolutely breathtaking! My husband and I enjoyed watching the clouds drift by and the sunset was spectacular! A wonderful mountain getaway! Very pleased with our stay!

The view is fantastic. Kitchen well stocked. Generally good for 4 people, although only 3 chairs for outside dining. Master bed was too soft. And high, for us short people. But master toilet was unusually low. Living room was ok, but the couches need a cleaning,or replacement(an odor in them). Lastly, more for the owner, lots of cracks are apparent. Could be a long term concern.

The best Mardi Gras ski trip ever. Perfect place for 9/3 year old boys to stay. We will be back. Love the location and stay.

This property is simply gorgeous. It had everything we needed for an autumn getaway. The kitchen was stocked with literally everything we needed to cook our own food. And it was close to everything. Gorgeous sunsets from the back porch. We will stay here again!

I have been going for some 15 years and never knew such a wonderful accommodations existed.
The new well maintained well built and great views made the week that much more enjoyable.

Booked this stay just as the leaves were starting to turn and the weather cooling off. Great location, beautiful view, and just the right size and amenities for a long weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It’s very stylishly decorated and the view is incredible. The bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well supplied. It had a good selection of games, books and DVD’s. Taller deck chairs and a deck shade would be nice to better enjoy the view. We appreciated the nice landscaping in the development and overall appearance of The Reserve. The only negative was the shower in the master bathroom. It had quite a bit of mildew which we had to clean before we were comfortable using. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

This is a beautiful house and very clean.

If you're looking for stunning views (from the large balcony or even inside), look no further! The condo is spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located. While we thoroughly enjoyed our winter wonderland escape, we can't wait to return in the summer.

Overall it was great! We had stayed here last summer, so we knew it would be great.

We have rented for several years in the summertime, but this was our first stay in 25c. It was everything we could have hoped for, and will definitely be interested in staying here again!!
