This unique condo at Sugar Top will sleep 4 people with a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the second. Blue hues and accents give this condo an elegant touch. A full kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi and washer/dryer will be available to you inside the condo. Step out onto the private balcony and you will be surrounded by the expanse of Grandfather Mountain. This unit is located 1 door from the elevator. Take that down to the first floor and enjoy access to the indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, public WiFi and weight room in the Lobby. Experience nature, hiking, mountain biking and more on the mountain and surrounding areas. Sugar Top has a shuttle system. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. Our Sugar Top Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

My family had a great time skiing & tubing at Sugar and very much enjoyed our time at Sugar Top. The location was great, shuttle service was nice and the view of Grandfather Mtn with the early morning sunrise was stunning. The unit was as described and very well furnished.

The accommodations were great! The ease of booking and dealings with RRR were easy and smooth. Once I received my key and checked in I went to the lobby for additional information and check in. That’s when the older gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude when asking more questions about parking and where the room is located. He barely spoke and seemed to be bothered I asked questions.

My grandson and I had a great time. The condo we stayed in was very nice. The only complaint I have is the condo was very cold. Even our clothes got cold. I never really felt the heat coming on.

Loved the view and spacious condo. The pool and hot tub are great. The shuttle is a bit inconvenient, especially if you are back and forth to the condo a lot, but it does run constantly and we never had to wait more than a few minutes. The condo needs a little work - carpet tacks got me every time I walked to/from master bath & mold under the faucet in both tubs.

we had a great relaxing week! Condo had everything we needed plus some! The views were so beautiful and the staff were all helpful and friendly! Only complaint was having to ride a van back and forth to our was a bit of a hassle. The staff driving were great, but it was an inconvenience every time we wanted to come and go. But the views made it worth it!
