Check in was super easy. Arrived at the resort to discover a .25 mile walk to the unit from the elevator. Not fun with luggage and an injury. The dishwater was full of dishes, one baking dish rusted from water. Dirty plates in the cabinet. Master toilet dirty. I cleaned for an hour upon arrival. No hand towels in the bathrooms, toilet paper that will tear you up! The rental company is easy to get a hold of and accommodates as needed. The unit was pretty, somewhat comfortable with the sinking couch. Some other items didn’t work that were expressed upon departure. Not as expected.
